“When Stars Chat” is an alternative love story set in zero gravity

Protagonists when the stars gossip Meeting each other on a space flight, their initial interactions were less than friendly. Eve Kim, played by Gong Hyo Jin, is one of the experienced astronauts commanding the flight, and she is accompanied by space tourist Gong Yong, played by Lee Min Ho. Eve disdainfully calls him a “billionaire,” but he's actually an obstetrician-gynecologist who grew up poor and was raised by three “aunts” who entertained guests at a bar. His trip was paid for by his fiancée's father, a business executive, who asked Dragon to conduct some secret fertility research in space. Dragon is unprepared for the rigors of space travel, especially the terrifying rocket launch, which kicks off this entertaining blend of offbeat comedy, romance, and adventure.

The dragon's secret plans may complicate the mission, but so does romance. Although Long and Eve have significant others on Earth, daily activities in zero gravity seem to promote unexpected physical contact. The contact was awkward and revealing. It's not that Eve hates dragons, it's that she doesn't have much tolerance for space amateurs. In such close proximity, Long quickly realized that Eve was a kindred spirit.

But they were both dating other people. After returning to Earth, Eve's boyfriend (played by Kim Joo-hoon) is waiting for her. Also waiting is Long's fiancée (played by Han Ji-eun). Long was never able to tell his fiancée that he loved her, even though he swore their relationship was long-term. Further complicating the plot is his fiancée's ruthless ex, played by the incomparable Oh Jung-se (Mr Plankton, sweet home and little women), is waiting for them on the space station, determined to get her back. He wasn't going to make Ryong's life easy.

Gong Hyo-jin creates a tough, relatable and serious spaceman character who boldly goes where others dare not go. This is the kind of brave character she plays so well, whether she's fearlessly facing ghosts in the movie. Master's Sun or single mother when the camellias bloom. plum(pinball machine and King: Eternal Monarchh) Exhibit subtle and complex features when the stars gossip. Dragons are by turns compassionate, cynical, fearful, angry, and genuinely awed. When Lee plays him, the character seems very human and very real. Ryong has been dubbed a “birth hero” for helping women give birth in some very difficult circumstances, but he insists he is just an ordinary obstetrician and gynecologist who got into some unusual situations. Then, thanks to a billionaire's wishes, he was launched into space and the whole world suddenly knew his name. It was fun to watch these actors navigate and even soar in zero gravity, which must have been a unique filming experience.

The drama also stars Lee Ai as a control center employee, Kim Eung-soo as Yong's fiancée's billionaire father, and Jung Soo-kyung, Choi Jung-won and Jung Young-joo as Yong's outspoken “aunties.” The drama is directed by Park Shin-woo and directed by Park Shin-woo.
