The initiative aims to address critical safety issues.
Hanyang University Hospital in Guri, South Korea has integrated a dedicated 5G solution developed by HFR Mobile to improve the safety and efficiency of its medical facilities.
The deployment includes 5G network infrastructure (service management platform, core network, CU/DU and radio units) and addresses key security issues.
The solution leverages high-speed, low-latency capabilities to power AI-driven CCTV systems to instantly monitor emergency rooms and waiting areas to detect potential fall events and hazards.
In addition, it integrates point-of-care infusion monitoring services to track IV flow rate, volume and delivery status directly at the patient's bedside.
