Mount Elizabeth Hospital has announced the opening of several new facilities as part of its ongoing “regeneration programme”.
Part of the plan includes updating back-of-house facilities, including the fire command center, security offices, environmental services, employee cafeteria and locker rooms.
In addition, the hospital has also upgraded wards 8C, 7C, 5B, and 4B, adding 62 new beds. These include single bed rooms, negative pressure rooms and Mulan suites.
In addition, the delivery room, intensive care unit, and neonatal intensive care unit have also been put into use.
