The strategy emphasizes early intervention in nutrition, sleep, learning and exercise.
Singapore has launched Grow Well SG, a national health promotion strategy to improve preventive care and promote healthier lifestyles for children and adolescents.
This strategy emphasizes early intervention in four key areas: eating well, sleeping well, studying well, and exercising well.
Additionally, it will focus on children under the age of 12, with plans to expand to older age groups in the future.
The initiative is a joint effort between Singapore's Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Social and Family Development.
