The Korea Medical Information Center for foreign patients has moved to Seoul Station, according to the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Health Industry Promotion Agency.
The center provides guidance on selecting medical institutions, making appointments, contacting multilingual translators, reporting illegal recruitment of foreign patients, and assisting in processing value-added tax refunds for cosmetic and plastic surgery services.
In addition, the agency also provides one-stop consulting services for medical disputes, from initial consultation to assistance in submitting materials to the Korean Medical Disputes Mediation and Arbitration Court.
Patients can visit the facility in person or contact the facility through the Medical Call service for consultation in English, Chinese, Japanese or Russian.
