By the middle of 2025, the 37,000 Allied health professionals, pharmacists and administratives, assistance and supporters of the public health care department will increase salary.
According to the Ministry of Health of Singapore, this is after the last salary adjustment of 2021, aiming to improve the retention and attractiveness of employees.
In addition, 26,000 public healthcare nurses will see salary adjustment to remain consistent with market trends.
The adjustment will be smaller, based on the “nurse award” grace, excellence and loyalty (angel) plan, and introduced long -term care occupations last year.
