Shoalhaven Hospital, Milton Ulladulla Hospital and other facilities will benefit from the funding.
The Australian government will invest $270,000 ($430,000) to upgrade facilities at major healthcare facilities in Shoalhaven, New South Wales.
Shoalhaven Hospital will install an internal distributed antenna system (DAS) across the existing hospital for approximately $150,300 ($240,000).
Milton Ulladulla Hospital will receive $78,300 ($125,000) to install internal DAS to improve mobile phone insurance within the facility, providing connectivity to employees, patients and visitors.
Another $41,000 ($65,000) will be allocated to the Nowra Community Health Center and the Nowra Community Dental Clinic for upgrades, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
