Praram 9 hospitals in Thailand (PR9) are expected to increase their gross profit margins over the next two years, according to a report from CGS International.
Foreign patient income for PR9 increased by 51% year-on-year in the fourth quarter of 2024. By contrast, Thai patients' income remained flat.
For FY24, foreign patients accounted for 17% of total revenue, compared with 14% in FY23 and 16% in FY29.
The hospital's main foreign patient base includes the Middle East, Cambodia and Myanmar.
“We expect more foreign patient income to grow by 13% in 25-26F, while 26% will increase by 24% in revenue,” the report said.
