Manila – House Majority Leader Paolo Ortega V cited an increasingly curious name on Sunday, placing a list of confidential funding winners from alleged Vice President Sara Duterte.
The names identified by the United Nations Members of the Los Angeles include “Amoy Liu”, “Fernan Amuy” and “Joug de Asim”, which are known as “Amoy Asim Team Asim” (Sour-Sul Sul Sell). When Duterte led, they were 112.5 million P12.5 million P112.5 million P112.5 million P112.5 million P.
Ortega said he found their name to be an ongoing House review of Duterte’s evidence, especially the allegedly forged receipt of confession that allegedly was the Office of the Vice President (OVP) and DEPED’s PH612.5 million confidential funds. This is to prepare for Duterte's impeachment trial.

He noted that the discovery of these three new strange names had signed confirmation receipts to pay for rewards, purchase information, goods, medicines, food and other supplies, as well as rentals for vehicles and safe homes.
No PSA record
Ortega added that the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability has examined with the Philippine Statistics Agency (PSA) and has not recorded any birth, marriage or death records for Liu, Amuy and De Asim.
“First of all, we have junk food, cell phones and fruit. Then we have the 'dodong gang'. Now, we have the “Amoy Asim team” and if the pseudonym already shows acid on the list, what else is there in the actual deal?” Ortega said in the Philippines.
He cites the PSA findings that 1,332 out of 1,992 supposed OVP Confidential Fund winners and 405 of the 1,992 presumed OVP Confidential Fund beneficiaries have no birth records. The lack of PSA records suggests they may have been fabricated, he said.
“What kind of salary is this? All the names seem to have formed. It's impossible if we follow the right procedure.”
Erwin Ewan, Jael Zumba
Other beneficiaries of the so-called confidentiality fund that are considered nonexistent include Andong Mio, Erwin Q. Ewan, Ellaine Aray; Mutya Palanca, Panglaw Quizon, Dandu Dondie Silud, Dunates Zeta, Mike Delta and Jael Zumba.
Recipients of the 500 million p50 million confidential fund for OVP without PSA record include Mary Grace Piattos, Renan Pia Piattos, Pia Pia Piatos-Lim, Jay Kamote, Jay Kamote, Jay Kamote, Miggy Mango, dodong S. Barok, Dodong Alcala, Dodong Alcala, Dodong Bina, Dodong Bina, Dodong Bunal and Dodong Darong.
The MP said the names submitted by the OVP lacked public records and were awarded to the Audit Committee to justify its confidential fund expenditures, raising serious questions about the legitimacy of the expenditures.
Ortega stressed that a growing number of weird names seem to indicate plans to intentionally create recipients and abuse public funds, noting among Filipinos: “It's more than just a simple negligence. The names in the liquidation are fake. Where is their accountability?”
