Ahmedabad – Strengthening attacks on the BJP and RSS, said Tuesday that the ideology of “violence and communism” is pushing the country into a “abyss of hatred” based on the differences in religious polarization.

The party asserted that the forces of hatred and division were trying to undermine friendship and the spirit of Bonhomi, saying: “Therefore, Congress has once again determined to abide by the principles of life of Sardar Patel in order to defeat the forces of hostility and division to expose the fake news factory of these elements.”
The party also vowed to walk in Patel's footsteps by fighting for a rejuvenation of the judicial struggle against extreme wealth inequality and deeply embedded in wealth concentration.

He also mentioned Patel's special resolution, reaffirming Congress' commitment to ideals.
Deputy Prime Minister of Communications Jairam Ramesh informed 158 members at the CWC meeting.
“Today, a special resolution on Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was discussed and adopted. Tomorrow, two other resolutions will be discussed, one on the national issue and the other on the Gujarat issue and the political situation,” he referred to the AICC meeting scheduled to be held here on Wednesday.
