One of the most praised innovations of the app is its prescription recognition and drug reminder system, which has a 98% accuracy rate. The tool automates the medication schedule based on the treatment plan, which greatly improves compliance and convenience.
Since its launch, the app has reached over 5.5 million downloads, and has processed 2.9 million orders in 2024 alone. Its popularity makes it the highest ranked free medical app on Google Play and the Apple App Store, reflecting its extensive trust and utility.
A great feature, digital vaccination record, attracted more than 150,000 users, and 65% of users connected family members to their accounts. This feature facilitates significant improvements in customer retention and revenue growth, with retention increased by 12% and revenue increased by 35%. Additionally, it has increased vaccination compliance by 20%, reduced errors by 98%, and saved estimated VND2.4B by eliminating paper records.
On December 13, 2024, FPT Long Chau and Application Center in the Research and Application of Population Data and Citizenship (RAR Center) of Department C06 of the Ministry of Public Safety announced that it has launched the electronic verification service of FPT Long Chau Pharmacy through Vneid. Starting January 1, 2025, customers can purchase medicine online from Long Chau Pharmacy through the Vneid app, enhancing trust in digital health care transactions.
In addition, FPT Long Chau operates over 2,000 pharmacies and vaccination centres in all 63 provinces in Vietnam, reaffirming its crucial role in accessing quality healthcare nationwide.
