Manila – Marcos Jr. President Ferdinand “Bonbon”
On the other hand, only Vice President Sara Duterte has improved performance ratings among the country's four top officials.
These are the results of the latest poll conducted by Pulse Asia Research Incorporated.
In a ULAT NG BAYAN survey conducted in March 2025, Pulse said Marcos' approval rate fell 17% from 42% in February to 25% in March.
Pulse said Duterte was the only top official to show her performance ratings improved, up 7% from 52% in February 2025 to 59% in March 2025.
“In contrast, President Bonbon Marcos and Senate President Chiz Escudero's experiences significantly declined in their respective public approval ratings and disapproving the increase in scores,” Pulse said.
Quickly view Pulse's data released on Wednesday shows:
*President Marcos – 25% approval; 53% disapproval; 22% uncertain

In addition to Marcos, Pulse said Escudero's approval rate fell by 8 percentage points.
Meanwhile, Romualdez's approval rate remained the same, but his disapproval rating also climbed a lot, with a score of just 14% in February and 54% in March.
In terms of trust ratings, Pulse said Marcos received only 25% of the respondents’ trust ratings, while 61% expressed trust in Duterte.

Duterte’s trust rating, on the other hand, rose from 53% in February to 61% in March.
Senate President Chiz Escudero's trust rating also fell from 47% in February to 38% in March.
This also accompanied the increase in distrust over the same period from 14% to 20%.
Pulse did not provide comparison data on Romualdez's trust ratings in February and March, but it did point out that most Filipinos “do not trust” the House Speaker, i.e. 57%.
This figure is 15 percentage points higher than the February distrust rating, at 42%.
Here is a breakdown of the latest trust and distrust ratings for senior officials:

On the same day on February 5, the terms of impeachment were transferred from the House to the Senate, but the House of Lords adjourned the meeting without resolving the document.
