How to Submit a Request
Submit privacy requests through the Contact page with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Include your name, organization, contact email, the page or form involved, and the action requested. We may ask for verification before acting on a request.
For security, do not send highly sensitive documents unless requested by the FigureAsia team through an appropriate channel.
Editorial and Research Retention
Some records may be retained where necessary to preserve editorial integrity, ranking methodology, source verification, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, event administration, audit trails or institutional research continuity.
If we cannot complete a request in full, we will aim to explain the reason where appropriate and permitted.
